Lake Charles Concrete Company started in 2024 with one straightforward goal: give homeowners and businesses in Southwest Louisiana a concrete contractor they could actually trust. Lake Charles has always had plenty of work to go around - the clay soil shifts, the storms roll in off the Gulf, and the heat is hard on everything built outdoors. Too many jobs in this area get done without the right ground prep or the right materials, and that shows up a few years later when slabs start cracking and sinking.
We are based right here at 301 Kirby St in Lake Charles. We know the neighborhoods - the older homes near Ryan Street and downtown, the mid-century ranches in Broadmoor, the subdivisions growing south toward Sulphur and west toward Westlake. We have worked through hurricane seasons and helped homeowners rebuild after Hurricanes Laura and Delta left their mark on the housing stock in 2020. We understand what this climate and this soil do to concrete over time, and we build with that in mind from day one.
Since founding the company, we have expanded to serve 12 cities across Louisiana and into Southeast Texas, offering 16 concrete services for residential and commercial customers alike. Every job gets the same careful attention whether it is a backyard patio in Lake Charles or a commercial parking lot in Beaumont. We are a local operation and we plan to stay that way.
You get a written estimate before any work starts, and the price you agree to is the price you pay. If something unexpected comes up on the job, we stop and talk to you before moving forward.
Concrete work is time-sensitive. When we schedule a pour, we arrive on time with the right crew and equipment. Your project does not get bumped for a bigger job.
Lake Charles clay soil, Gulf Coast rainfall, and post-storm repair work are things we deal with every day. That local experience shapes how we prep, pour, and finish every project.
We finish what we start, clean up after ourselves, and do not leave a job until the work is right. If something is not right, we come back and fix it.
Licensed through the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors (LSLBC). Louisiana requires concrete contractors to pass trade exams and maintain current insurance before they can legally work on permitted projects.
We carry general liability insurance on every job site. That coverage protects your property and gives you a real avenue if something goes wrong - not just a verbal promise.
Founded and headquartered in Lake Charles, LA. We know the local permit process, the soil conditions, and the climate factors that affect every concrete project in Calcasieu Parish and the surrounding region.
We serve 12 cities and communities across Southwest Louisiana and into Southeast Texas, all managed from our Lake Charles base.
